I rode this weekend, and yes, “the bump” is gone

PS hand is almost totally healed, just a little tender tendon on the index finger.

Rootchopper, it’s east of the end of the W&OD – and is marked as the 4 mile run trail.

Yeah, well some of us lose more than just things flying of their bikes….I wrecked at that “speed bump” on Sunday. Saved myself from falling over, but hit the metal fence and crushed my left hand while struggling to stay upright.

No broken bones, but ow!
