Just me and Hans this morning (and Dave, the owner). I did get there late so maybe I missed someone. Had a very nice chat over coffee and muffin before heading off to work.

Here’s the Strava link. It was 39 miles to Swings and we hit our time targets even though we stayed at the Green Lizard and Java Shack a little longer than the projected 10 minutes. PeteD had to head home directly from Swings. I headed over and did a loop around East Potomac Park and then to Best Buns in Shirlington for a final coffee.

Nice ride and congratulations! That sounds like fun. I think I saw y’all at GL. I was the guy in the red bike and orange jacket that pulled in as you were getting ready to go.

Had a very nice time this morning at GL. Met Andrew, Hans, and Jeff. Nice way to split up my commute.

Also when I got to work I learned that four other commuters from my office met up at the Herndon caboose about the same time. Sounds like bike commuting and Herndon DO go together.

Is this still going on? Just signed up here and found this thread. I pass by the GL every morning and can always use another cup of coffee. I’d also love to meet some of you fellow commuters out on the trail.
