Very excited someone with more experience in pointless prizes created this so I didn’t have to myself! This is clearly the one everyone should be aiming to win.

Hope they don’t mind being stopped when I have to turn left off Seminary because they protested an alternative with a center turn lane!

I was shocked by 4MR’s non-flooded state this morning! Still some debris at the big connector to MVT.

I’ll throw in a beer–does that mean we move Monday’s meeting to Port City?! As a new West Ender (moved from Arlington), it’s pretty frustrating to see the opposition to bike facilities on Seminary especially when the arguments are “I don’t see bikes there!” when a) that’s because it’s not comfortable for a lot of people who would be interested in biking, and b) me and my SO are on Seminary/Janneys at least three times a week.

As someone who abstained last year due to my seven years working from home… I’m super excited to be starting a new job on January 2 that will enable me to bike commute and participate in Freezing Saddles! Bonus: it’s a job in bike advocacy! So, off the trainer and onto the trail!

Late to the intro game…. I’m Lauren and live in Pentagon City! Have been biking for about a year and a half as exercise and for fun. I work from home so biking is something that forces me to have some work/life balance. Really looking forward to some long weekend rides (sadly not this weekend, but hopefully next!) and being part of the winningest team in BAFS history.

Since Aune and I are on the same non-BAFS racing team, and competing in the same pointless team trainer challenge, AND competing against each other in BAFS, I feel like we should probably compete for the rubber chicken, too. But, given my dumb trainer, I vote for hours vs. miles as the decider.

Would Tenacious Decimators be the best of both worlds or simply too close to Tenacious D?
