Try this – Click “Edit Post”, then click on “Go Advanced” button on the lower right. The title field should then be editable.
I did that, but it only changes the post title, not the thread title.

ParticipantI can’t seem to edit the name of the thread – anyone know if that’s possible?

ParticipantTeam leaderboard is already there from a prior prize, it’s just not listed in the menu. See the billy goat leaderboard.
I can do an individual leaderboard at some point.

ParticipantRounding at time of calculation. All your fractional miles count in the end.

ParticipantI’d love to do a ride this weekend, although my schedule is a little tight. We’re hoping to do a #beerneuring ride Sunday, all are welcome. I’ll post details once we figure it out.
Tentatively I’m open Thursday for mid-day HP laps if that works for people?

IMG_20180115_155037718 by Jon, on FlickrThis is their IPA. It’s fine.
Rules question – we parked basically next door, ate lunch, then rode around for a bit and came back. Does this count? Here is the Strava track.
Also, if you are ever in St Michael’s, the beer at ESB is fine but the tacos at Gina’s next door are FANTASTIC and totally worth the trip.

ParticipantIf you aren’t on a Strava leaderboard, that’s probably a question for the Strava support team. We just get data from Strava, we don’t provide any in return.

I’m pretty sure that this is their best beer: https://rarbrewing.com/beer/lumber-sexual/
Yeah, but I do need to ride home. It’s late in the day for 8%

ParticipantJrenaut #2 RAR Brewing. This is a Hyde w/Galaxy IPA. It’s hazy and fruity and pleasant but not my favorite.

Not to get too weird out here, but how about this for image on the theme of 17…

It symbolizes wishes that will come true.
This is a card representing hope.”

ParticipantSo i added a photo of my bike in the 2016 blizzard to our Strava page – I welcome anyone who has a better photo, but I was tired of having nothing. Also a crappy team logo that was the result of four seconds of Google searching.

ParticipantHow do people prefer to communicate? Email? This forum? Strava? I know some teams create Facebook groups, but unless that’s everyone’s strong preference, I would really rather not communicate through Facebook.
Group rides:
Weekdays – my schedule is pretty flexible most days between 9am-3pm. I’d be up for some lunch rides, maybe? Hains Point laps or something similar?
Weekends – I’m a big #beerneuring participant, as i mentioned. However, a lot of my weekend rides are with the kids – either me pulling them on the longtail, or them on their own bikes. So we will often be slow and sidewalky. But if you don’t want to deal with the slow pace, it’s always cool to meet at the destination, too. We’re out of town this weekend (although we’ll be hitting RAR and Cambridge Brewing Co by bike if anyone’s in far Maryland), but I hope to get to a couple of the DC breweries in the next week or two.
I’m also planning to plan a fundraiser beer ride – I’m on the board of Trash Free Maryland, a non-profit that does pretty much what the name says. I’m thinking a ride starting around Nats Park, heading up the Anacostia Trail (a beautiful ride if you haven’t done it) and probably ending up at Franklin’s in Hyattsville (another #beerneuring point) for lunch or something.

We are still short a few riders on our Strava team. Can we reach out to them in any way?
I just got the contact info for the remaining members, will be reaching out to them today.

ParticipantI’d like to incorporate the team number if possible, but it’s tough because 17 is kind of a meh number. Now last year, last year I was on Team 22, and 22 is the day I was born and the title of one of my favorite books (Catch 22) so pretty much any number this year would be a let-down.
That said, Heroes Below Zeroes and We Brake for Beer are very strong suggestions.
