Participant2/14 ditty
The Ditty Bops were a fun duo that did one of their albums tours crossing the country on bicycle! Today’s word put their little ditty “Wishful Thinking” into my head. I tried to capture part of the lyrics in my photo:
“…why didn’t I learn to ride my bike / When it was warm and sunny outside?….When the leaves start falling from the trees / When the birds start flirting with the bees / When the wind starts blowing from the East to the West
Maybe you’ll be the one that I like best.”

Participant2/13 rumba
The numbers are so close! The rumba rhythm is typically 3+3+2 (say “Cubano Cubana Cuba”)

Participant2/12 rapid
What was the most rapid way to commute this morning? Walking, skiing, or fat tire biking?

Participant2/11 score
“The National Symphony Orchestra paid tribute to Chuck Brown with two commissioned works of orchestral arrangements and a joint performance on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol” – Chuck Brown memorial in Landon Park NE DC
It would’ve been great to “score” tickets to that concerts and hear live the “score” that pulled together two DC musical institutions.

Participant@sszibler random and totally not important for the game, but I think your flowers are pansies. The hurricane lily should emerge when it’s warm, probably red colored. I never understood how “pansy” is used as an insult like “wimp,” because pansies are very hearty flowers in the cold of winter!

Participant2/10 goody
Douglas Gordon Goody was one of the masterminds behind the UK’s Great Train Robbery of 1963. The plot involved activating a red switch signal to get the Royal Mail train to stop so the robbers could board. They made off with some 120 sacks containing about £2.3 million (roughly £30 million today)–talk about some serious goody bags!

I asked kidSnowy, what should I photograph for “bonus”? And about 10 seconds later came upon a $25k hiring bonus.
