A little shameless self-promotion. My review of GORE Oxygen Classics kit on PEZ. As we’re thawing out of winter and approaching the spring riding season, stuff worth considering adding to your cycling wardrobe.

ParticipantLooks like Saturday will be the blue bird day of the weekend. If anyone is up for a morning ride on the WOD, please let me know. I’m thinking of riding from WOD MM8 to Great Harvest Bread in Herndon (near Green Lizard) to pick up some bread, total about a 26mi RT. They provide free samples that are worthy of the trip out there.
Cheers!

Hectathletes (or however we spell our 17-syllable team name): Who’s riding where this weekend?
I may go for a ride Saturday morning on the WOD.

Here is the first picture open for captioning. Post your funny caption on this thread. If it’s not funny, don’t post–unless it is truly profound or poignant or in some other way incredibly remarkable.

ParticipantSeveral cycling enthusiasts, including me, are going to see a film called MAMIL on Feb 21 at Regal Ballston, and grabbing some food/beverage afterwards. Just want pass this along in case anyone is interested:
BTW, can we please update the team thread name now that our team name is set?
Cheers,

ParticipantI second Heptadecaphobia. I propose that we have this and one or two more names for everyone to vote on, and perhaps decide by mid next week?
