Cannondale C1 and C2 stems are stiff and light and can be had for great prices on ebay. You can remove the logos with nail polish remover if you want as well.

Aren’t velomobiles supposed to be used uh you know on the road? Using one on a trail is dumb.

Or you could get the 25.4mm and break out the sandpaper, a measuring caliper, and a couple cold ones.

Unless your current cassette is worn out I don’t know why you would change it, unless you really want a different ratio. As for the chain, I’m not sure why you would be breaking links unless its really worn or was not put back together right after it was fit to the bike. I always get some good results from KMC chains you could get a x9 and it comes with a nice quick link.

The original Shimano cartridge bb’s had removable cups. I want to use my existing bb on an Italian frame so I need new cups. Its a 103mm spindle, Velo Orange has one but not sure about their quality.
