I am happy to learn there are a few people interested in watching the Vuelta a España! If you do not mind listening in Spanish, the national radio and TV network of Spain, RTVE, posts the complete coverage each evening, after the stage:

I find their commentary to be many times better than Phil’s and Paul’s, so sometimes I’ve tuned to RTVE to listen to the commentary about the Tour de France. They tend to highlight rider gearing choices and have a more strategy oriented discussion about the race (and I love ‘suitcases of courage’ and ‘taking the race by the horns’, but…).

Yes, it was reported to the Park Police (who responded with two patrol cars to the 911 call); one of the officers has the video as well as screen shots from it.
