i used to have a kind that ziptied to the hub of my wheel, but then i upgraded to these because they automatically turn off and on. they clip on and screw down to tighten to the spokes.[ATTACH=CONFIG]16201[/ATTACH]
i haven’t found they move around at all.

I live in Anacostia and work downtown, my commute is about 4.5 miles each way. i also teach yoga and do crossfit. i’ve been biking for about two years now.
