ParticipantThese wool socks are comfortable and just right with knicker length bike pants on a foggy evening.
No need to grope my pants leg to unveil these Terrapin tributes.

ParticipantTeam Snow Flakes!
Team 7 has been edging us out on the Leaderboard! To add insult to those miles, they are calling our Team the Snow Fleas! Or Snow Flies! A whopping insult!
We need to each do a little bit more to up our game. I’ll help, I have a new assignment starting Monday which should give me about 15 more miles on every weekday! I am thrilled.
Don’t let them call us Snow Fleas! Ride, then ride more!
and do not forget to eat doughnuts.

ParticipantDon’t miss the season premier of the all new show Superior Donuts on February 2nd on CBS after the Big Bang Theory. Now you can bike to get some doughnuts, then go home and watch doughnuts on TV. Show stars Judd Hirsh. Review the first episode for bonus Doughneuring points.

ParticipantThere will be lots of future sunny or dry days, reschedule, there are doughnuts out there waiting for you!

ParticipantIt is not too late to start Doughneuring! A fair few of the Freezing Saddle riders are finding the best and tastiest doughnuts in the greater DC and Frankfurt areas. Get in on the fun and ride to a new taste destination. You deserve this. e

ParticipantI did a short pre-game ride today, sporting a lot of my fan gear for my team, The Green Bay Packers. Featured are my TWO new pairs of Packer socks, the knee highs are perfect for Freezing Saddles rides! No matter how many times I rotate the images, the post puts them here sideways! I give up. The Cheesehead footie socks can be layered for really cold days, or slipped on after a ride. Note my post-ride slippers in the photos. Added bonus, me in my jersey trying on my Cheesehead on top of my helmet. e
WHOO HOO, way to go, Green Bay!!!

ParticipantSnowflakes,
We need a Team Ride! But not too early. It will be a great day, especially the afternoon.
Because we are spread out, perhaps a progressive event? Do as much or little as you like, how about a circuit entailing the Georgetown end of the CCT, ride up through Bethesda (pick up our Bethesda riders) then GTB to Silver Spring, (pick up the SS riders), take the SligoCreekTrail to West Hyattsville, (pick up College Park riders), then enjoy the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail, through the city back to the CCT… Too much?
You can bail by turning around, of jumping off on the Met Branch Trail, Rock Creek Trail, or through the city.
We can plan some coffee breaks at logical places.
Who is in?
The location with the most participants can call the timing, I guess. So the start point can be anywhere on the circuit. SS at 10:30? Shortcake Bakery in W Hyattsville, on the trail, at 11:15? Somewhere in Bethesda at XX time? Jump in here.
