Totally with y’all about the therapeutic value of a ride. I find the ride home especially valuable. On the first half of the ride I chew over the events of the day, but by the second half of the ride all that is gone. When I was describing a problem at work that day w/ my son, he said, “You don’t even sound angry about it. I’d be furious. What up with that?” I explained how far away the event seemed after the nice buffer of a bike ride home.
