Love this game…tonight I focused on finding plates. Found a few I was missing: 36. Kentucky
37. South Carolina
38. Hawaii
39. RHode Island
40. Connecticut

Also found a few non-state plates
Diplomat
US Government Official Use (saw 3, pix for 2)
And one EU plate on a BMW

Ponderings: how funny to finally find a plate and then see five of that state in the same day; people with
no front plate seem to back into parking spaces; are all of these out of state plates breaking the rules? VA requires that you register in your county where your car is garaged within 30 days of moving the car there; are the outofstate plates from places people want to get away from?
