Navy Merchant Marine Memorial, honoring all the sailors that died at sea in World War I and other times. Looks a little plain without the flowers!
The US Capitol building had many immigrants working on the building including British American architects, a German immigrant on the dome, and Brumidi an Italian immigrant on the interior including the painting beneath the dome.

Slow going looking for new states! Here’s Montana, US Government, and variants 1-2 for Alabama:

Mama Ayesha, a middle eastern restaurant in Adams Morgan. Mama Ayesha was born in Jerusalem immigrated to the US where she worked at various embassies as a cook, and then later opened this restaurant. It’s such a landmark that on the side of the wall there is a mural of various presidents with her. Although she has since passed away, it is now apparently run by her nephews and great nephews. I’m glad to see that it has survived the pandemic as it was slim picking for a while!
This morning I saw the Land of Enchantment (New Mexico) as well as the requisite plates for DC, MD, and VA. I think these are states/territories #44-47.
