    Thanks for that info. I’ve been in Mont. Co. since 1989 and never heard of this. I’ve also never heard of anyone other than this person being charged.

    Of course! Yet another obscure law that is inconsequential. Wish they put more effort into enforcing driving yapping/texting laws.
