    Sounds like the closing ceremonies for National Police Week 2014 which wrapped up Saturday.

    Interesting. There was a helicopter flying overhead as I made my way on the W&OD from Hunter’s Mill Road to Vienna, around 12:30ish. It stopped and hovered over Maple Ave. as I waited for the light. My have been related.
