    Herndon: Clear
    Reston: Spotty frost, spotty black ice, and the occasional spot of ice.
    Buckthorn: ICEY on the east side, be very careful!
    Hunter Mill to Clark’s Crossing: Spotty frost, otherwise clear.

    I’m on it from about 0610-0635, and I seemed to be in the tracks of another rider, so someone else was braving it with me!

    Ride safe everybody in the post-blizzard wasteland. :p

    You have to get up REALLY early to beat me to being first tracks on the trail :) I get on about 3:30am usually.

    Well, if I want to bike commute to work, and get a paycheck, not so much so :)

    Besides, someone has to scare the deer out of the way for the rest of y’all :P

    Yeah, if I park at Reston you probably pass my car when you ride.. When I park there it’s in the lot by the trail right at 7-11.

    Parked in the shopping center up by Performance today, since I had to pick up a chain on the way home.

    I appreciate your help patrolling the deer situation. Can you do anything about the snakes?

    LOL. Yeah, they get rather big don’t they? Passed one a couple months ago out by Hunter Mill. That rascal must have been 6-7 feet long.

    The Mazda? If so, we’ve chatting a couple times out there. Just like my avatar, I’m the one with the green lighting who goes painfully slow all winter. :P

    Nope.. The little canary yellow Ford Focus with the Yakima rack setup on the roof. I see the Mazda all the time too. There’s also a guy in a Camry that rides a Lemond that does the bi-modal out of Leesburg a lot.
