W&OD and Gallows road signal

East bound pedestrian button seems to be broken, it looks like its permanently stuck in the pushed in position. How do I report this to get it fixed?

“Motorists can report inoperable traffic signals by calling 1-800-FOR-ROAD (1-800-367-7623) and VDOT crews will investigate the cause of the outage and to make repairs as soon as possible when power is available.” VDOT Website. Maintenance (including snow removal) of virtually all public roads in Fairfax County is handled by the Virginia Department of Transportation.
