Witnessed cyclist forced to evade SUV by sliding into gravel on Dry Mill Road @ 30mph

If you were cycling on Dry Mill Road earlier today and had to evade a gray SUV that pulled out in front of you, let me know. I chased them down and they denied everything, I waved law enforcement over (Loudoun Sheriff’s dept) who interviewed the driver and me, took down my information, but could not find the cyclist afterward. They are waiting to hear from the cyclist before proceeding forward with further investigation.
