I’m a maybe for the parade with kid, cargo bike, and lights. According to the sign up page we meet at 5:30 at Arlington Career Center. Is everyone gathering in the parking lot out back? Should I be there by 5:30 or is that when it actually rolls out?

Think a bluetooth speaker is a good idea for tonight (hopefully it will be loud enough)? What songs should I load up on the playlist?
