What to do about busted bollards…

Some of the bollards on the side trails have been down for months. I ride past a couple of these downed bollards on my night-time commutes. While there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing these bollards busted, they’re often pretty well covered now in the autumn leaf piles making them a hazard to those who don’t know they’re underfoot.
So what to do with them? Do I try to put them back up? I’m not really eager to un-bust the bollards. And yet leaving them horizontal is no good either, especially when they are hidden by leaves or, eventually, snow. What to do? Thx. w&w

If they are in Arlington, report them on the Arlington app.
If they aren’t, then I’m not sure what to do, although I would not discourage some nighttime ninja from removing them entirely.

Collards aren’t any better than bollards, and hard to remove without an angle grinder

I understand that Steve O is looking to build a bollard garden. Maybe he would like to use the discards as starter bollards.
