    Socks and some arm warmers.

I definitely notice the louder hubs of the Stan’s wheelset I have on my SSCX right now. Also some minor rotor rub and a little creaking – I think the silence of the belt drive brings out other sounds!

Well, maybe not for me personally. These are the new bike station sections in the CaBi warehouse, ready for deployment. Soon, I hope.

Everyone’s opinion on MY hub choice is touching. Bless all your hearts.

I guess sometimes a hub is not just a hub. :)

Santa brought me a garmin vivoactive watch a few weeks ago since he knew I am impatient. It’s been awesome for tracking all my bike rides, jogs, and even treadmill and stationary bike sessions. Plus it yells at me when I sit for too long so it gets me moving at work.

Momma santa also sent me some winter exercise leggings, exercise jacket, and I swear to god they’re grey parachute pants but they claim to be for exercise…All great for biking :)

Got my everyday bike a new rear wheel for xmas. She seems to like it, though she’s a bit slower now. (Or was that the magical evil headwind?) The Vuelta didn’t like to stay true in the city and would occasionally break a spoke, so she got a Mavic Open Pro with an Ultegra hub. I’m hoping more spokes and more weight = less fuss.

Spot Gen 3 so I can go on even longer rides in even more remote areas without getting lost:)

Wait I can still get lost but you guys can rescue me. A gift from the family for the family!

I got a new carbon rigid fork for my Niner hard tail MTB. :-D

I also got some dollars to buy rain pants (maybe Showers Pass?) and some Slogger boots because my mum worries about me actually freezing during Freezing Saddles. (although, apparently it is not actually going to freeze, just rain. A lot.)

Santa wasn’t involved, but my credit card brought me new brake pads and rear shifter cable for my commuter flat-bar road bike, and new 10-speed upgrade (chain, cassette, chain rings, X9 rear derailleur and shifter, cables, housings) for my recumbent high racer, which needed most of that stuff anyway so I figured I’d go whole hog. Still fine-tuning the ‘bent, but so far I like.

I got a tie with bikes on it. Also spare bands for my RoadID, in orange and pink!

    Pneumonia.

Oh and a small drone. Which already doesn’t work but was great fun for about the 20 minutes that it flew.

A really bright headlight that came with handlebar and helmet mounts. It lit up pitch black mountain bike trails so much I could ride them as well as I do in daylight! Also can dial down the intensity to a very civilized level for very long run time.

I got a pair of Upright Cyclist jeans. They look pretty nice so far however they need to be hemmed before I can go for a test ride.
