I almost ran into two different ones on Randall’s and Ward’s Island today. The first one was at a blind corner of the Hell Gate Pathway by the SDNY Wastewater Treatment Plant (East River side) and the second was at the blind corner by the Manhattan Psychiatric Center (Harlem River Side). I guess I should be happy they are clearing the paths, but one of them really needed to slow down before taking the corner!
