VA 7100 (New part) trail from Rolling Road to Fort Belvoir?

Good morning all.

Did VDOT continue the Fairfax Co Parkway trail along the new section of highway that was just completed last year (through FT Belvoir Proving Grounds area)? None of the current maps or Google have this yet because the info is too new ( or it was never built?) anyone know for sure?
