Oops, need to correct the posting, this is a 36 spoke (not 32) wheel for 26 inch tires, tire width I am estimating probably 1.5 to 2.0 although could be more or less, it has definitely had 1.5 and 1.75 tires on it. Completely rebuilt a few years ago by Bikes@Vienna (have paperwork), very bombproof.

    JeffC,
I am looking for a replacement hub and wheel for a 1966 Sears and Roebuck bike for my daughter. It was made in Austria and the hub and shifter are beyond repair. Is this still available. My e-mail address is don@azphi.com

    Thx,
    Don

Don, not JeffC, but something to check. Most newer wheels are 130 or 135mm hub width. A 1966 is of the era where usually the widest was in the 120mm range. Dunno if the stays can be widened on the bike you have, but may want to check the width of your dropouts before rushing into a purchase.

That said you may well have done it, in which case just ignore me :-)
