“U.S. Park Police are looking for a missing man last seen Saturday in the area near the Washington Monument.
Police said Brandon Hewgill is a resident of a care facility in Vienna, Va., and was seen near 17th Street NW and Constitution Avenue NW. He was wearing a blue and white striped shirt, blue jean shorts, and white tennis shoes.
Police said Hewgill is unable to speak or write.
