Trying to locate victim of accident at CCT and Little Falls on Tuesday, October 20

Anyone know anything about a bike accident in the crosswalk where the CCT crosses Little Falls on Tuesday, October 20 at about 9:00 am? The cyclist was a physician heading into DC when he was struck by a car and launched into the air, ending up about 25 feet from the crosswalk.

A friend of mine was a witness, and was also the doctor who gave the cyclist first aid at the scene. He says the cyclist definitely had a concussion and a broken clavicle, and may well have had other injuries, and was taken by ambulance to Suburban Hospital.

My friend would like to check in with the cyclist to make sure he’s okay. But what with the concussion, the cyclist was unable to give my friend his name on the scene. And the police, citing HIPPAA, won’t give my friend any information without the name.

If anyone knows the cyclist, could you ask him to contact me, so I can put him in touch with my friend?
