Trying to locate owner of the long since gone Washington Bike Center

I worked at the Washington Bike Center, managed the store, in Tenleytown DC until it closed and am trying to track down the old owner John Chang. Anyone out there have contact for him or suggestions of how to get in touch with him. Just trying to clean something up from years gone by.
