To get out of IAD airport

Hi to all cyclists!

I’m a French cyclist (mainly commuter), and I’m planning a trip from Washington to NYC.
As I guess that it could be as much difficult to get out IAD airport as CDG, I ask your help. Could anyone give advice on directions to ride from airport to downtown? Maybe there’s a website with maps?
