    Clarification:

    It’s fine (though not required, of course) to have a separate thread for your competition so long as you have a post here linking to it or otherwise making sure I know to consider it.

    (Liz, I was thinking that would make it easier for you to track your contestants once we all start posting our trails?)

    What about drawing an outline of the entire state of Maryland using GPS? Now that would be impressive. And definitely ELITE.
