Thanks for the city cycling cllass

Thanks to WABA and to Dan, Hamsa (sp?) Sam, Liz and Allison for the city cycling class in Alexandria yesterday. While alot of the stuff I knew already, I did learn some new things, and confirmed a lot of things I thought I knew, which is always helpful – plus the exercises were pretty good, and the ride through old town was my first “group ride” so l learned something about group ride etiquette which I hope will serve me well.
