    Tonight’s Adopted Motion:

Transportation Commission recommends that the County Board Adopt the attached ordinance approving an amendment to SP#13 to permit construction of a multifamily building for up to 252 dwelling units, with modifications for parking ratio and compact parking, subject to the conditions attached to the ordinance and subject to an additional condition that they upgrade the protected bike lane along the Eads Street frontage to a curb-protected bike lane that eliminates the existing conflicts between bicycles and buses as part of their streetscape improvements in consultation with County staff.

Planning Commission did not include anything about the PBL in their recommendation.

The Board did not address the issue at the Board Meeting.
The Eads Street bike lane will stay exactly the way it is barring some future County engineering project that either makes it better or takes it out.
