Sincerely.. Elf.Go ahead and register. You’ll be on a wait list, but chuxtr is trying to put as many people from the wait list as he can onto teams.

ParticipantA quick question about the rules of weekly maximums. Since Freezing Saddles started on a Tuesday, are weekly individuals point contributions to the team being tallied from Tuesday to Tuesday or do I need to do a whole lot of extra riding this weekend since it was a short week?

The latter; a week is Monday-Sunday so you only have 6 days to get to the 100 miles. By that same token: at the end, you only have 2 days in the “week” (3/19 is a Tuesday). Getting my leave request in now…

I’m pretty certain it’s the latter. Source below.

Strava uses ISO 8601 standard weeks (what, there’s a standard week), which are Monday-Sunday. So does MySQL. So that’s what we will use. Sometimes, you have to take an easy win.

ParticipantIt’s also in the rules sticky.

• Team contribution per individual capped at 100 miles per week. A week is Monday-Sunday. Partial weeks at beginning and end also have 100 miles cap on team contribution.

Oh no!!!!!!! I suspected as much. I know what I’m doing this weekend in the event I end up on Josh’s team (so as not to be kicked off). Thanks for the help everyone- I couldn’t find the original sticky with my phone blowing up with reindeer games

My problem is if I end up on Josh’s team I’m going to get kicked off – it’s just a matter of when. I’m hoping that by arranging a few weekend errands appropriately (why yes, I’ll have my Amazon package sent to the College Park location for pickup) I could at least last a week…
