It looks like only one of you actually receives private messages. Obviously, it’s unlikely that all of you will see any given public forum post, so forum posts are not a terribly efficient method of communication. Can you therefore please all turn on the ability to receive private messages? You’ll need to go to:

These are the settings you want:

Private Messaging: On
Receive Private Messaging: From all members
Email Notification of New Private Messages: Receive Email Notification of new Private Messages
