Team 14 Ride: 1/14/24 @ 9am, Vigilante (Hyattsville) -> Monument Loop

I’ve been keeping an eye on the weather, and it has gotten worse since I initially set up this ride. Right now (1/13/24 @10:05pm), snow showers are supposed to start at 9 am tomorrow morning 1/14 , which will turn into rain/snow showers.

 

This is Freezing Saddles, not Wipe-Out-In-Snow-Rain Saddles, so I’m postponing the ride until Monday 1/15/24, with a rollout at 10 AM. Since it is MLK Day, naturally, we’ll roll to the MLK Memorial at the Tidal Basin. I’ll update the route as soon as I can.

 

Please pass the word along that Sunday’s ride is postponed until Monday. Start time is 10AM from Vigilante Hyattsville. Route will be updated.

Hi all,

 

On Sunday 1/14/24 starting at 9am, I’m leading a ride that rolls from Vigilante in Hyattsville, goes through the city, stops at the Washington Monument for some pics, crosses over Anacostia and up the ART and ends up at Vigilante again.

 

It’s open to any Freezing Saddlers, not just Team 14, aka:
