Robyne from Fairfax here – great to meet some of my teammates at HH last night. I’m glad to be on a local team too – getting to the HH was a bit of an adventure. Getting home was even more so but after I lugged my bike up the stairs to the towpath, I was on my way! This suburban gal don’t do cities very well. 😮

Looking forward to some team rides – anyone up for Beerneuring tomorrow? I’m thinking of headed down to Lorton to visit Forge and Fair Winds. And I don’t have a better team name so Salty Dogs is fine by me. But if we’re going for the pirate theme, shouldn’t we be Rumneuring too?

Hello Team 14, this is Cathy, also from Fairfax. Freezing Saddles is new to me but I am excited about the extra motivation to ride in the winter. I am looking forwarding to meeting everyone on the team. Sorry I could not make it to HH on Thursday but working 12 hour shifts in Fredericksburg make it difficult to get out on certain days.

Salty Dogs and a bull dog mascot are fine with me.
