Of course! Only issue is that unless you have separate GPS devices, Strava will have the tandem rides down as only one ride, and presumably you both want credit. However, there is a function in the Strava app (not the online version) that allows you to “Add friends who didn’t record,” which should take care of the issue. Or if you’re using the online version, you can “Export GPS,” and then have your fiancé upload the file you just exported.
