I told myself I wouldn’t read the comments and then did it anyway…now I might as well go home because my brain is broken for the day. Also, I find the property value tidbit interesting, as my househunt in ArlCo gave me exactly the opposite impression and my realtor insists we were lucky to get our house when we did because now it’s Thunderdome and sellers are making out like bandits.
I guess in order to appease the commenters, I should just sell my bike, get a car, and join the rest of the masses of people who will not have bike or public transportation infrastructure in gridlock traffic on the already overcrowded roads.
At least they didn’t make any lycra comments (this time)!

I’ve never as a buyer had a realtor tell me prices will be lower next year, or as a seller that they’d be higher next year. It is not the realtor way.
