Did you say something to them? If so, they kind of got the memo and moved to here by 8:15ish (timestamp is off by like 10 minutes on my camera for some reason). Of course, they still felt the need to park over three spots and at a T with another vehicle.

Problem with this contest is that NPS will win all the awards.

The Next “Superfluous Orange Cone Award” (SOCA) goes to….. the Gov. of Delaware (whose a cyclist dont ya know) for his superfluous use of SUVs and power crazed body guards on the streets of DC.

It’s no doubt sitting empty with the engine running, also. You never know when a governor might need to jump into action, like when they had to rush Andrew Cuomo up to personally investigate that prison break in upstate NY.

Governors should be on their guard. When they come to DC to “jump into action” it occasionally results in embarrassing press conferences and their state getting a new governor.
