I can only hope that someday cars will have automatic built in cell phone blockers.
I wish they would be penalized more for driving distracted. Honestly, I don’t care if it’s a phone, makeup, hamburger, cigarette, lottery ticket, or what have you, it’s the distracted folks that worry me. Sadly I don’t think we’ll ever get blockers. If we could, you would think they would put them in movie theaters by now already!
On a side note, in the warmer months I often pedal past a gentleman who holds full out business conversations while riding home. No joke. I think aloud, well I don’t want drivers doing it, but I’m not sure we’re sending the right message there.
