    Are you using one of their apps? My guess is it would be an issue with your GPS not getting a very accurate signal. Is the path on the map accurate or does it jump around a lot off of your path (through buildings, etc)?

    Occasionally, the GPS will go absolutely bonkers on my phone, leading to some interesting tracks and results. Take this one, for example, which was a ride up to Lake Needwood. It cut off a good portion of the ride, but on the plus side, it clocked me at 109 at one point.

    With a lot of those rides, if you email support, they will correct them for you.
