    Out for a 40-miler on the WOD this morning. Suffered a flat in the vicinity of MM 4. Having trouble changing it, Steve O stopped by to help. Got my spare tube in, but it had a hole it it too. Steve cheerfully gave me his spare and got me on my way.

    In the course of all this, he told me about this forum and his display name. So I signed up when I got home, and this first post is to very publicly thank him. What he did was very cool, and I certainly hope the opportunity comes along to pay it forward — I will absolutely do that!

    I totally left The O-ster hanging today, when I realized a beat too late that he was the oncoming rider passing on the Trollheim, just as I reached up to scratch my nose.
