    NPS does not clear the Mt Vernon.*

    NOVAParks snowblows the W&OD, eventually, but usually not until after it has become rutted and icy.

    *NPS is perhaps, maybe, going to do some very targeted snow removal this season, but it will likely be just enough to get people from other plowed trails (like the Custis or the 27 Trail) to DC bridges, it won’ t be long stretches.
