showers for commuters

My office gym’s renovation has been delayed (big surprise) and the two one-month introductory gym memberships I have bought so that I could take showers have run out. Is there someplace where I could just take showers until the end of September? I’m willing to pay something (say, $20 or $30 a month) for showers, but I can’t stomach the full price of a real gym membership.
I know there are showers over at Union Station, but I work at Metro Center and that’s just too far out of my way (I’m coming in from Silver Spring via the Capital Crescent Trail).
