Set-up and clean-up for Freezing Saddles closing celebration

Hi everyone. If anyone can get to Bier Baron on the early side tomorrow evening (Wedn. March 27), please join me in moving around the tables and chairs, setting up the food area, putting up streamers and paper-snowflakes, sticking on table-cloths, setting up the projector, filling plates with chocolate kisses, and so on.
I plan to arrive at Bier Baron at about 5 pm (the festivities will start at 6 pm).
If you arrive early to help out, go in the main door…take a sharp right…go downstairs…take an immediate left…go up the other staircase…and voila! You will be in the right place.
And at the end of the evening, we can always use help in taking things down to save for next time.

Depending on Metro connections (and time of departure), I should be there between 5:15 and 5:40. I’d be more than happy to help out in the beginning if I can. And I can certainly help out after.
