I am so sorry to hear of your accident. I guess the driver didn’t confess to the police :mad:. Hopefully she had a good think about it last night and will speak up today; unlikely though. I hope your injuries are not too bad.

To get your message out further you can post on facebook to the DC Used Bicycle Marketplace and DC NOVA MD lost & stolen bicycle communities. Both generally allow off-topic posts for something serious like this. They’re both pretty large communities (14K members in one, almost 1K in the other), and pretty helpful in cases like this from what I’ve seen.

I’m really sorry you got hurt. I hope you recovery soon! It’s also not a bad idea to contact a lawyer, especially if you have any medical bills. Even if police wont assign fault, a lawyer may help you work with the drivers insurance to get reimbursed for your medical expenses and bike damage.
