    I am looking for any recommendations for podiatrists in DC who have successfully addressed cycling related foot issues like numbness. Any help is appreciated!

    Many years ago I saw Dr. Lee Firestone for nerve problems in my feet. I’m now cured, he was excellent.

    Dr. Firestone is an athlete himself (3 hour marathoner), which I think is helpful in dealing with sports injuries as they understand that indefinite rest is not always an option.

    Doesn’t exactly fit the request but Dr. Carla Rebiero is a great podiatrist and was able to quickly fix two years of foot pain for me. She has a relaxed practice and takes time to diagnose and explain.

    Not in DC, but Fairfax (near Merrifield, is Dr. Daniel Cuttica. Great guy and facility. Helped me with Achilles issues and I’m back running and biking again.
