ParticipantOk! I think that’s everyone, assuming we have 13 teams. I will give everyone through the weekend to join their team Strava clubs after which point I will clear out any accounts that are not associated with any of the configured clubs. (This just means these people will have to reauthorize the application).

ParticipantDoes anyone know why I got dropped from my team, the Maryland Inquisition? Thanks much!

ParticipantProbably PM your team captain. I assume you mean from the Strava team?

Hi Sarah! I don’t think you got dropped– there might have been a glitch in the system. Brünø Moore is the captain of the Maryland Inquisition– if you’re having problems joining the team, I’d message him and let him know. Looking forward to having you on our team!

ParticipantFYI, I removed all athletes from my database that were not assigned to one of the configured strava team clubs. This undoubtedly removed some of the contestants from the system; they’ll just have to reauthorize the application. So the stats on the homepage will be a little lower.

You should be good now. I think you may have gotten dropped when I changed the group settings–but it’s fixed!

The photo syncing sounds brilliant. Thanks for developing that feature, and kudos to whoever had that idea.
Agreed! I do wish it would sync more than just the one day’s photos, especially when there is only, say, 1 photo of the day so far. Maybe most recent 30-50 could be cached or whatever.

We store (and cache) all photos during competition. I just wanted to limit what was on the homepage. Maybe making another dedicated photo page or we could go back further on home screen…

Firstly: Thanks very much for all your hard work in making this come together. I love the layout of the summary website.
Secondly: I only signed up for my team this AM (Monday Jan 12th) due to being away for the weekend and it’s this afternoon now and I still don’t see my name on the leaderboard or team sheet. (Team 12 Doozy Dozers). I’m wondering if I missed the cut off and therefore need a special authorization? Sorry for being a pain.

Participant@paulg, did you reauthorize the application to read your data? (See original instructions for authorizing FS app.)
