Will there be at least one admin monitoring the mute all button, the break out rooms, etc and doing nothing else? My synagogue has found that very helpful for large Zoom gatherings – we call the individual the “Tech Gabbai” (think “Tech Beadle”) We do something similar at work (though we use MS Teams, not Zoom)

Apparently the phrase EVERYONE MUST REGISTER for the HH ZOOM message has gone through some “interpretations”. May I make a suggestion?

email the link to register to every person registered for FS2021. Put something in Subject line like SUPER IMPORTANT MESSAGE!

Repeat SUPER IMPORTANT MESSAGE in the body of the email. Just sayin’.

I registered, but I did not receive the Zoom information.

However, it looks like I can register again, and it tells me what the Zoom information is. *shrug*
