Ray- I’m pretty sure I remember seeing (not sure if here or one of the facebook groups) that you would be leading these weekly after the new year. Am I remembering correctly? may be able to attend this weekend if so.

I did post that, however, things have changed. I had one on the 2nd, but skipped the 9th and have to skip this week, the 16th. And since I am soon to move away from DC, there are too many things to do to run a ride every week.

I was about to contact MORE and set the schedule for the first Saturday every month.

Let me check on some things, but I will commit to running one Sat Jan 23rd and/or Sat Jan 30th. I cannot run one Sat Feb 6th as I am having a meeting with MORE and REI about Fort Dupont.

Since it is going to be so nice Sat and I am skipping the Monster Cross, I am going to run this ride this Saturday Feb 20th at 10 AM. No need to rsvp or commit, I am going regardless.

Plan to check the trail conditions Friday after work. May cancel this if they are still too wet.

Trails were frozen this morning, going to check them this afternoon. Assume they will be swamps, it just has been too cold and damp for much drying to occur.

I checked this afteroon, it is swampy swampy. Going to have to cancel the ride.
