    Also, there was an MPD cruiser sitting on Water St. near Jack’s boathouse – possibly there to turn would-be trail users back. I didn’t think to stop and chat until I was already up the street.

    As of 3 pm this afternoon, the trail was clear from Chain Bridge to Connecticut Ave.
    I saw a crew out about 10:30 am beginning work on clearing trees. Hopefully they made it all the way to Georgetown.

    At 9:30 this morning there was a worker with a blower clearing leaves. By this evening the entire trail from Bethesda to the DC line was completely cleared of leaves. Kudos to MoCo!!!
